alright! Seems to work fine, I sure hope I wont run into some gamebraking bug later!!! Ok, anyways, did the centralfix thingey, transfered it moment of truth! Starts up fine, starts a new game fine, with a heartwarder of Sune, so at least the new classes work, I hightail it to Friendly Arms Inn. Anyway, I was to scared to leave them out. Or maybe 7000 unnecessary files dont affect the prestanda, like I said, not a computer guy. Not sure the last two are needed, and probably not the second last (that one is created by the installer that installs the real installer, so my guess is no, while the second one is created by the installer itself, AND is called external (as in relevant but not in the override folder external?)), so if someone knows if I can remove them because the extra 7000 files maybe drives down prestanda, please do tell me. Ok, so building my mods.zip file, I put these folders in ĭata (just two files, one called DZTS-are.bif and one called WAAR3600.bif) *One of these conflicts with SCS, dunno which one, and after so many grueling failed attempts I was like "You know what, fuck it, I dont care which one, dont need neither!"

Maybe it has something to do with me using a rather crappy laptop to do the install, or the fact that I switch to other tasks while the install runs in the background, dunno, so maybe maybe I am unfair to SCS and faiths and powers. I had to redo it once in my final install. Someone who actually understands computer can maybe clarify for me.
I think the program runs out of memory or something, and that is why it gets stuck, so when you redo it and it just sniffs the files that came before, only a small amount of memory is lost, or something like that. If you get stuck, you can redo it, and hope it works better, because it seems to just sniff files it has already touched. I would recommend that you install everything you want first, saying no to generally smarter AI, then open the batfile when the other installations are done and select option 2: finetune and say no to everything (it is already there, saying no does not uninstall files) except generally smarter AI. I hope it worked! It keeps getting stuck when installing "smarter general AI", expecially when faiths and powers is installed (which is partly why I considered it broken, the other part is because it seems to conflict with several of the quest mods, causing "file xxx is out of bonds". SCS pretty much all components except the stupid ones, (like improved party AI and move Boo to Minscs inventory). Xan friendship (no homo, this char is a girl aight!) Ok, so I decided to try and install a shitload of mods for BGEE on android, but then I chickened out out of fears of incompability issues since for androids install mods is a pain (you cant use BWS) (see the stickied thread in general modding) and installed only a select few mods (and in that order)

I really really wanted to summons shadows (couldnt care less about the other stuff) but I even googled trying to find another mod that adds shadow monster summons, but no such luck. Spell revisions (oops turns out it was a BGII mod my bad)įaiths and Powers – conflicts with most other mods, especially SCS. IWDification (cannot find 2DA file – mb can be solved by copying a 2DA file from some other BG install? To lazy to find out)

This will be a start to finish run, including the entire saga, but since I play on android, there will be a brake after I finish BG saga until SoD (if ever) comes out to android.Ĭonfirmed broken mods for Android OBBs unzipped to computer: I have finished this game legally so many times, I do not really play it for challenge any longer. And the number of upvotes I and others got for sharing their fav chars with the world (appearently, people do enjoy reading this stuff, and since I enjoy writing it, it's a wi-win in my book), I decided to record my perhaps last ever BG run.
